亀川旧国道沿いの商店街中心に位置する別府市営の共同温泉。2016年にリニューアル。完全バリアフリーで刺青・タトゥーOK。昭和初期には「千人風呂」と呼ばれる大浴場が存在した歴史ある施設。
A Beppu municipal community onsen in the Kamegawa shopping district. Renovated in 2016, it is fully barrier-free and accepts guests with tattoos. The facility has a rich history; in the early Showa era, it housed a large bath known as the "Thousand-Person Bath."
